I find that the best results come when a person is ready to make a commitment to change. Chances are you didn’t arrive at your situation overnight, and it will therefore take more than one session to make real progress.
After our initial consultation, I shall be able to give you a clearer idea of the time frame required to achieve genuine, sustainable results. Depending on your symptoms and goal, this is typically six weeks, three months or six months.
As part of your package, you will have several consultations. I may recommend functional testing. Outside the consultation time, there is a great deal of behind-the-scenes work, including reading scientific studies to research the specifics of your case, analysing results and writing a programme to perfectly suit your circumstances.
Appointment hours for initial consultations are limited, so I need to ensure they are used effectively. For this reason, I operate with a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel after that or fail to make your initial consultation, you will be charged your full deposit fee.
I hold a clinic in London. This is primarily reserved for clients’ initial appointments. If you live in or close to London, home visits can also be discussed.
I generally conduct all follow-up appointments via Skype or Zoom. In my experience, clients tend to find this easier and more convenient.
If you’re not able to visit London, all your consultations can be conducted online via Skype or Zoom. These consultations are just as in-depth as the in-person versions.
On confirmation of booking you will be emailed a Self-Assessment Form, a 3-Day Food Diary and the Terms of Engagement. Please complete these and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org at least two days before your initial consultation.
I’m afraid I don’t work with people who are currently suffering from cancer. I am happy to refer you to practitioners who do.
